How I trained
I trained at Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School in Bangkok, where I honed techniques that shape my French–Thai approach.
My kitchen philosophy
I use only the freshest, local ingredients with a focus on plant-based dishes and French–Thai fusion creations. My goal is to wow my guests every time.
